With more than a decade of elevated expertise, Jessie specializes in lived-in color, textured cutting, luxury extensions, and bridal styling. Her craft is shaped by extensive advanced education, including Schwarzkopf, Sunlights Balayage, Veila, Hello Darling, Bragg’n Beauty, Masters of Balayage, Aveda, Kevin Murphy, Eleven Australia, and more. She also brought her artistry to New York Bridal Fashion Week as a runway stylist.
As the founder and visionary of Revive Salon & Company, Jessie has spent nearly eight years creating a luxury experience rooted in excellence and transformation. Her must-have essentials include J Beverly 5-in-1 Serum and Eleven’s Give Me Body line.
Beyond the salon, Jessie is a devoted wife, mother, and follower of Christ who loves lake days, new recipes, and caring for her chickens.
Alex Loggins
Manager, Level 4
Wedding Coordinator​
With 17 years of advanced industry expertise, Alex specializes in transformative color corrections and luxury extension services, including Butterfly Weft, Hand-Tied, V-Light, K-Tip, I-Tip, and Tape-In methods. Her approach blends technical mastery with an artistic eye, creating seamless blends, dimensional tones, and customized looks designed to elevate each guest’s natural beauty.

Outside the salon, Alex is a devoted mother of two who loves spa days, quick getaways, and getting lost in a great book.
Kylie Freeman
Level 3
Kylie brings 17 years of experience and a true passion for creating soft, dimensional color and flawless blowouts. She loves using J Beverly Hills Platinum Mousse and Eleven Dry Finish Texture Spray to craft her signature airy, textured styles.
Known for her warm personality and effortless professionalism, Kylie makes every guest feel seen, understood, and beautifully refreshed. Outside the salon, she enjoys reading, decorating, and spending time with her husband and two boys.
McKinley Mothershed
Level 3, Inventory Manager
With two years behind the chair and a full year of dedicated assisting, McKinley brings fresh talent and a refined eye to Revive Salon & Co. She loves creating both bold transformations and soft, subtle looks, always focused on helping guests feel beautiful, comfortable, and confident throughout their experience.

Outside the salon, McKinley enjoys lake days, spontaneous trips, and making memories wherever the sun is shining.
Ellie Doan
Level 2, Bridal Team
Ellie has spent nearly two years growing within Revive Salon & Co., from a year and a half of dedicated assisting to confidently working behind the chair. Licensed since summer, she specializes in lived-in color, soft blondes, and seamless Invisible Extensions, creating effortless, natural beauty.
Her must-haves J Beverly Dry Fast and Eleven Perfect Body reflect her love for healthy, touchable finishes. Ellie’s warm energy and genuine connection with guests make every visit feel comfortable, uplifting, and confidence-boosting.
Outside the salon, she enjoys church with her family, time with friends, and a bit of shopping.
Tara Tatum
Level 2
Tara has spent the last six months building her foundation in the beauty industry, and her passion for all things beauty continues to grow every day. She loves this career because it allows her to make people feel beautiful, confident, and truly seen. Tara thrives on meaningful conversations and the connections she builds with each guest it's one of her favorite parts of being behind the chair.

Outside the salon, Lilly enjoys painting and spending quality time with her family her favorite way to recharge and stay inspired.
Bella Kesler
Level 2
Bella has loved helping people feel more like themselves ever since she started doing hair. There’s something so rewarding about seeing someone’s confidence grow when they look in the mirror, and that’s what keeps her passionate about what she does every day.
She especially loves creating bright blondes, soft dimension, and effortless, low-maintenance color that grows out beautifully. Her goal is always to give clients hair they love while making sure it fits their lifestyle and is something they can confidently recreate at home.
More than anything, Bella wants every appointment to feel like you’re catching up with a friend. She strives to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can relax, laugh, vent about life, or simply enjoy some quiet time while she takes care of you. She truly believes great hair is important, but so is the experience that comes with it.

Kathryn Thomas
Esthetician
Kathryn has been part of the Revive family for two years and is now celebrating her first year as a licensed esthetician. She loves this industry because it allows her to help people feel confident in their own skin while providing a relaxing, comfortable space where guests can unwind and truly be themselves.

Kailey loves the beauty industry for the endless opportunities to grow, learn, and continue improving her craft. She’s always excited to expand her knowledge and become an even better stylist for her clients.
Outside the salon, Kailey is a dog mom to a 120-pound pup, spent a year working on a farm, and used to dance competitively!
One of Kailey’s greatest strengths is how genuinely she cares about others. Whether someone needs a listening ear, a little encouragement, or advice, she strives to be someone others can feel comfortable turning to.
Liz Mares
Level 2
Liz loves being part of an industry where there is always something new to learn. She’s passionate about continuing to grow, strengthen her skills, and evolve in her craft every day.
Outside the salon, Liz loves a good sitcom, going to concerts, and may surprise you with the fact that she’s also a certified phlebotomist!
Encouraging and trustworthy, Liz strives to be someone others can feel comfortable around and count on. She brings a supportive presence to the salon and loves making those around her feel welcomed and encouraged.
